Last weekend I traveled to Tucson, Arizona to photograph the Gem and Mineral Showcase that runs every year in January and February.
Events and shows are sprawled all around town, from the big convention center to small motel rooms and outdoor stands where dealers, buyers, mineral miners, collectors and enthusiasts look for the best rock and the best deal.
